Aging to perfection until Fall 2019.

LIMITED SUPPLY! Our 2015 Merlot was 100% Estate grown.  We fermented whole berries to maintain deep fruit notes.  It was then aged for 30 months in 100% small American oak barrels.  The result is a wine that offers firm tannins, with a nutty oak aroma and hints  of dark berries with a smooth finish.
